Mir Vantage was founded by Md Jahidul Mir, who brings a rare combination to the table: over a decade of executive HR leadership, personal experience navigating student, work, and tourist visas since 2008, and a second career built in offensive cybersecurity.

Before founding Mir Vantage, Mir spent more than 15 years leading HR and administration for organizations ranging from Amazon to manufacturers with over 12,000 employees across Bangladesh, the UK, and the US — building the people-systems, policy, and cross-border operational experience that now shapes how Mir Vantage Pathways and Mentor guide clients through visa, career, and training journeys. That guidance isn't just professional — Mir has personally gone through student, work, and tourist visa processes firsthand since 2008, bringing a level of understanding that comes only from having lived the process, not just managed it.In 2024, Mir made a deliberate pivot into cybersecurity, training intensively and now working in cybersecurity, with hands-on experience across web, cloud, and Active Directory environments for organizations across the technology sector. That technical grounding powers Mir Vantage Secure and Mir Vantage Academy — bringing enterprise-grade security thinking to small and medium businesses that are usually priced out of it.
